This program was created to help Apple gadget owners restore their lost or deleted iOS files directly from Windows PCs. The utility lets you choose between 3 recovery modes, is compatible with various iOS versions and device models and helps you restore multiple types of files.

PhoneRescue for iOS is also packed with tools to help you fix common issues. For example, it might come in handy if your iOS device is stuck on a black screen or in a restarting loop.

Working with this tool requires minimum PC experience as all of the built-in utilities are very simple to handle. You just need to select the recovery mode you wish to launch (from a device, iTunes backup files or iCloud backup file), choose which types of files you want to restore, and let the program look for the lost or deleted data.

Once the scanning process is complete, you can select the files you wish to restore. You have access to an integrated search tool that helps you immediately find the data you need to recover. Sadly, you cannot restore any data if you're using the trial version of the tool. I'm not sure how intact the recovered data actually is as I used the trial version of the program. But, taking into consideration that the utility was able to find data to recover, I'd say there's a small chance the program won't offer you what's being said on its homepage.

Another thing that caught my attention was that PhoneRescue for iOS lacked the option to save scan results for later, a feature that's available in other iOS recovery tools.

All in all, I think PhoneRescue for iOS is the type of tool that might come in handy to people who are dealing with iOS data loss. Even though it comes with a couple of flaws, the program is feature-rich and helps you fix various types of iOS-related problems.
